Bowls

These voluptuous forms are double-walled, that is, they're hollow inside!  The small hole that you'll notice in the bottom of the bowl is used to prevent them from "blowing up" when they're in the kiln.  Without the hole, any moisture remaining inside would turn to steam, with no possibility of escape.
